At Andelin Family Farm we want to be part of the solution in fighting the COVID-19 pandemic. We are blessed to be an outdoor event with lots of space and fresh air!
Our public events will adhere to the Washoe County and State of Nevada measures related to COVID-19.
1. Showing symptoms? Please don’t visit the farm if you have symptoms of COVID-19.
2. Social Distance: Please keep a cows length distance between other farm guests and staff.
3. Wear a face covering: All staff and customers should wear a face covering. There is an exception for children under 10 years of age and those that cannot wear a face covering for health reasons.
4. Please wash or sanitize hands often. We will have hand washing stations plus plenty of hand sanitizer throughout the farm.
Additional safety measures we will be taking at the farm:
Limiting the number of people at the farm at one time
Frequent cleaning of high touch areas
Required use of hand sanitizer before some activities
Staff health checks
Staff temperature checks
Posting signage with reminders of policies

COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention), senior citizens and individuals with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
